What I currently think is the best dim sum in the city and available at night for a millennial crowd is Dumpling Time. He's surely won't get that dining on cold dishes in the park. Remember that dim sum is generally an afternoon thing not served after 2:30 in most Restaurants.įor a fun Chinatown dim sum experience I might suggest lunch time at Oriental Palace or Great Eastern.įor Super high quality, city view is definitely high on the list but note they only serve lunch and close about 2:30 for the last customer. I really like City View for the food, but if I was a tourist I wouldn't want to go there because it really has no authentic old-time Chinese feel. It is fun if you're looking for dive dim sum, but honestly last time I went there it was just so filled with European tourists and no Chinese that the allure really dimmed for me.
